The Help page answers the common questions (importing a game, ratings, tournaments, the Guru) and has a form for signed-in players, so we know which account to look at.
Parents and guardians
A parent or guardian can ask to see, correct or delete their child's data, or turn off anything their child uses, by writing to the email above. Read more on the page for parents and in our Privacy policy.
Complaints
Our Grievance Officer is Dinesh Patil, Chess Castles, at support@chesscastles.com (subject “Grievance”). We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
